About the Role :
The Senior Field Services Coordinator is integral to our mission of providing exceptional IoT fleet management solutions. This role ensures seamless installation services across the US and Canada by building and managing a network of skilled installation partners maintaining highquality standards and addressing customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities :
Build and expand a network of skilled installation partners across the US and Canada ensuring coverage for diverse customer needs and IoT fleet solutions.
Identify evaluate and onboard new installation partners prioritizing technical expertise and reliability in vehicle electronic installations.
Collaborate with customers and partners to plan coordinate and schedule installations ensuring efficient communication and seamless execution.
Develop and standardize pricing models for installations ensuring consistency while accounting for job complexity and regional factors.
Act as the main point of contact for installationrelated inquiries resolving issues and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain a deep understanding of technical requirements for fleet IoT installations including wiring software integrations and troubleshooting.
Continuously monitor the quality and performance of installation partners implementing improvements and best practices as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging IoT technologies and changes in vehicle designs to ensure installations align with market demands.
Results :
Establish a robust network of skilled installation partners across the US and Canada to ensure broad coverage and the ability to meet customer demands.
Provide customers with accurate pricing and clear timelines for installations in a timely and efficient manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure highquality installations by implementing effective quality assurance processes and onboarding reliable installation partners.
Requirements :
Required Work Experience :
Required years of work experience : At least 3 years of experience in field service coordination logistics operations management or a related role.
Required skills :
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients partners and internal teams.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand electronic installations in vehicles including troubleshooting and software integration.
Experience in building and managing partner networks including onboarding and maintaining strong working relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Proficiency in using project management tools scheduling software or CRM systems to track and manage jobs.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including sales product and operations teams.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to IoT and fleet management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness.
Ability to travel occasionally to meet with installation partners or customers if required.
