Turner Fleischer is one of Canadas most progressive design studios with 250+ committed, creative and driven professionals. We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in 50 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
What Are We Looking For
As a Project Manager you will strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to design intent, and successful delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands a blend of design and construction knowledge, along with project and financial management skills, and leadership abilities to navigate complex project dynamics. You will lead projects to successful execution while meeting client expectations, leveraging your expertise to maintain a collaborative project environment and guide the team through challenges to achieve project objectives with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is$115,000 to $125,000. Final compensation isdeterminedbased on experience, skills, and internal equity.
