Operation Support Assistant - Full-Time

About Hermont Marine : Hermont Marine provides technical, service and logistical support to the marine industry . We are seeking an Operation Support Assistant to join our operation team. The role is designed to provide general administrative and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations .

Position Overview : The Operation Support Assistant provides general administrative and customer support to the sales and service teams, ensuring smooth communication , timely follow-ups , and accurate information flow between clients and internal departments. The role focuses on support tasks, not direct service coordination or scheduling, and is designed to help maintain overall office efficiency .

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor general inboxes and forward messages to the appropriate team members
• Assist with basic customer follow-ups (status checks, confirmations, requests for missing information)
• Perform simple data entry , document updates, and internal record maintenance
• Prepare or assemble customer-facing documents and communication templates
• Support the flow of administrative tasks (filing, scanning, organizing job folders)
• Provide general office and clerical support to the service and sales teams
• Maintain an organized and efficient communication workflow within the department
