SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities for aircraft maintenance;
- Supervise . technical personnel;
- Work collaboratively with Maintenance Coordinators and Crew Chiefs when scheduling manpower, in order efficiently complete maintenance projects at base and away from base;
- Ensure tooling and equipment are available to maintenance personnel to effectively and safely complete assigned work;
- Participate in operations and maintenance meetings;
- Take an active role in the Safety Management System;
- Take an active role in the daily operations of hangar;
- Conduct performance reviews for . technical personnel;
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients;
- Work collaboratively with immediate manager with the following : productivity, equipment purchase and client services;
- Review invoices, as needed;
- Communicate with customers, as required;
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Valid Transport Canada M-2 E license, or equivalentMinimum of eight (8) years related experience in maintenance and experience in supervisionBackground in working on Business Aircraft types is an assetEndorsements on Business Aircrafts would be an assetGood leadership skills and ability to engage a teamAbility to solve complex problems and implement appropriate solutionsAbility to work in a demanding environment, and deliver under pressureCustomer service orientedHighly organized with the ability to prioritizeBilingualism is an assetEDUCATION :
