We are excited to hire a Sales Professional with a focus on Safety, Packaging supplies. The role is clear : Build and execute a plan supported by strategy to grow your sales and margin to achieve your sales budget within your territory : This position is supported with a comprehensive on-boarding, training and mentoring program designed to help you make an immediate impact on growing your sales and gross margins.

Responsibilities :

• Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
• Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
• Customer relationship management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
• Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
• Problem solve and the ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed
• Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and branch basis
