About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a newly branded select‑service hotel in the airport area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader passionate about service excellence, team development, and strong financial performance. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving both top‑line revenue and bottom‑line results while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire all hotel departments to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through service, quality, and brand consistency.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high‑performing team with a strong service culture.
• Manage hotel financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain brand standards, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Build strong community and business relationships to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel operation experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong background in branded select‑service hotels preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive financial results.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of revenue management, sales, and financial reporting.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on guest and associate engagement.
