CGI is looking for a Business Operations Support Analyst - Investment
The responsibilities of the operation and support analyst include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Support users of regulatory reporting and trading applications.
- Monitor processes and infrastructure.
- The resolution, tracking, and documentation of incidents and requests.
- Communicate with users and other teams.
- Participate in Change Management / Release Management (CMRM) processes.
- Contribute to development projects within an agile team.
- Execute quality, non-regression, and post-deployment tests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications, our operations infrastructure, our processes, and our documentation.
- Conduct data analysis for our users or for improvement purposes.
Profile :
Experience in a support role and operations in a complex information systems environment.University degree in computer science or relevant field.Experience in a financial environment considered a plus.Skills :
Ability to work with complex information systems.Ability to structure, document, and share knowledge.Written and oral autonomy in English.Familiarity with monitoring and job scheduling concepts.Familiarity with incident resolution and request handling.Familiarity with the ITIL framework considered a plus.Basic financial / capital market knowledge considered a plus.Aptitudes :
