GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

As a Global Infrastructure Manager at LCI, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of systems and networks. You develop and implement an infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's business goals, while leading a team of infrastructure experts and collaborating with different stakeholders to support those goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement an infrastructure strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives;
• Plan for future technology needs and upgrades to ensure scalability and efficiency;
• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff;
• Ensure the availability and reliability of servers, networks, and other infrastructure components;
• Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems;
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's infrastructure;
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;
• Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, including hardware and software procurement, licenses, and maintenance costs;
• Collaborate with external vendors for the provisioning, support, and maintenance of infrastructure components;
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs);
• Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity in the event of an infrastructure failure or disaster.

REQUIREMENTS

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
