Information Management Support
Our federal government client is seeking support on ongoing digital transformation and information management initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying process efficiencies, implementing best practices, and supporting the transition to digital tools and platforms.
An Information Management Subject Matter Expert (IM SME) is required to support the development and implementation of best practices in information management, assist with digital transformation initiatives, and provide training and education on the full information management lifecycle. The SME will play a critical role in identifying inefficiencies in current business processes and designing, implementing, and training users on digital tools to streamline operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business, functional, and technical leads to identify efficiencies in current business processes.
Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and analyze information management (IM) best practices and applicable digital tools.
Document organizational IM best practices across the full information lifecycle.
Coordinate activities related to information retention and disposition.
Qualifications and Skills
Must clearly demonstrate 2 years' Information Management experience within the past 5 years
Must clearly demonstrate 2 years Microsoft 365 and/ or defence 365 SharePoint experience within the past 5 years
