Trade Journeyman Mechanic

Emil Anderson Maintenance currently has a position available for a Trade Journeyman Mechanic for its shop in Hope, BC . The Journeyman Mechanic will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of construction equipment; including loaders, dozers, excavators, dump trucks etc.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear;
• Perform service repairs and preventative maintenance;
• Replace and / or replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts;
• Operate transportation equipment to demonstrate function or malfunction;
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate reports;
• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications :

This position is based in Hope, BC, and local candidates are preferred.

Union Wages and Benefits | $40.92 per hour
