We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced System Support Analyst to join our team and lead in driving change through technology while supporting our end users and maintaining our local and cloud-based infrastructures.

This position requires being a motivated self-starter, an active team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and having previous experience in a customer service or support desk role.

Responsibilities

  • Front-line helpdesk support
  • Windows and MacOS support and maintenance
  • Project coordination
  • Business process analytics and solution implementation
  • Scripting
  • Azure and Microsoft 365 configuration, migration, and administration
  • ITSM solution, change, problem, and incident management

As the ideal candidate, you possess :

  • 5+ years supporting and managing end users and IT infrastructures
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks
  • Solid project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a customer service focus
