You will begin your journey with a fully paid, intensive 5-week course designed to prepare you for the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) exams, a vital step towards earning your broker's license.

What You’ll Do :

The core parts of your role will be to :

• Client Interaction : Answer client calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Information Gathering : Collect essential details to understand and meet client needs.
• Customized Solutions : Offer tailored insurance solutions and explain products and promotions in simple terms.
• Record Management : Update client records in line with established procedures.
• Financial Management : Handle accounts receivable with efficiency.

• Customer Service Experience : A background in customer service is essential.
• Communication Skills : Proficiency in French and English is required.
• Education : Candidates must have a minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies, or equivalent.

• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with computer systems.
