Contract : Independent Contractor

Job Type : Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Summary : The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in supporting the creative and marketing efforts across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our visual assets while ensuring consistency across web, email, and marketing campaigns. With a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in photo retouching, animation, and image processing , the Graphic Designer will help optimize digital workflows, manage asset libraries, and contribute to the creation of engaging content.

This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple projects at once. You will be working closely with our marketing, design, and eCommerce teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for design, who stays up-to-date with current trends in digital design, typography, and layout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Web :

Format and crop images for web use, ensuring optimal performance and aesthetic consistency.

  • Build product sets and bundles for the website, collaborating with the eCommerce team to enhance the online customer experience.

Marketing Support :

Assist in the development of visually compelling email designs that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Format images for ads across multiple platforms, adhering to specific size and quality requirements for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop for photo retouching and Illustrator for vector-based assets, creating polished visuals for marketing campaigns.
  • Library Management :

    Maintain and organize asset libraries in Figma and Google Drive, ensuring seamless access for the team.

  • Sort and categorize lifestyle and flat-lay imagery by month, year, and campaign for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in creating and managing a comprehensive WBI Product Library, contributing to efficient content management.
  • Other Tasks :

    Support lookbook creation by pulling and labeling images, ensuring they are categorized appropriately for easy access and use across campaigns.

  • Assist the design and marketing teams with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Create and edit GIFs and simple animations for digital content using tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects .
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign , and Premiere .
  • Experience with Figma for asset management and design collaboration.
  • A solid understanding of design fundamentals including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets and workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Basic skills in creating GIFs , simple animations , and image processing to enhance digital content.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must provide a design portfolio showcasing your work across various digital formats, including photo editing, animation, and web design.
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Yotpo or similar tools.
  • Illustration skills to create custom graphics for various marketing initiatives.
  • Advanced photo editing skills to enhance imagery for both web and print use, including retouching, color correction, and compositing.
