Spécialiste qualité

Objectif du poste :

Le spécialiste qualité est chargé d'assister lorganisation à promouvoir la culture qualité par la mise en œuvre et le maintien des processus de qualité élevés.

Il contribue à l'identification, à l'analyse et à la résolution des problèmes de qualité, ainsi qu'à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Responsabilités :

  • Aider à l'évaluation des processus de fabrication pour identifier les zones de non-conformité (QRRN)
  • Participer à l'élaboration de plans d'action correctifs en cas de défaillances de qualité.
  • Recueillir des données sur les performances qualité à partir de diverses sources.
  • Analyser les données pour identifier les tendances, les causes profondes des problèmes de qualité et les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Compétences en gestion de projet pour coordonner les initiatives d'amélioration de la qualité.
  • Contribuer à la documentation des procédures de contrôle qualité et des processus d'assurance qualité.
  • Préparer des rapports périodiques sur les indicateurs de qualité et les initiatives d'amélioration.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance d'ingénierie et de gestion de la qualité pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité et mettre en œuvre des solutions durables.
  • Participer à des réunions d'équipe et fournir un soutien dans la résolution de problèmes.

Compétences requises :

  • Formation en génie industriel, en qualité, en sciences ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Utilisation d'outils et de méthodes d'amélioration continue, tels que 5W, Pareto, fishbone).
  • Connaissance en gestion des risques liés à la qualité des produits (un atout).
  • Compétences analytiques pour interpréter les données et identifier les tendances.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à travailler en équipe.
  • Souci du détail et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que les tableurs et les logiciels de gestion de bases de données.
  • Connaissance des normes et des processus qualité (un atout).

Quality Specialist

Job purpose :

The Quality Specialist is responsible for assisting the organization in promoting a quality culture by implementing and maintaining high quality processes.

He / she contributes to the identification, analysis, and resolution of quality problems, as well as to the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Help assess manufacturing processes to identify areas of non-conformance (QRRN).
  • Participate in the development of corrective action plans in the event of quality issues.
  • Collect quality performance data from a variety of sources.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of quality problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Project management skills to coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the documentation of quality control procedures and quality assurance processes.
  • Prepare periodic reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with production, engineering maintenance and quality management teams to resolve quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide problem-solving support.

Skills required :

  • Degree in industrial engineering, quality, science or related field.
  • Use of continuous improvement tools and methods (e.g. 5W, Pareto, fishbone).
  • Knowledge of product quality risk management (an asset).
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as spreadsheets and database management software.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and processes (an asset).
