IT Director (SAP/ERP)

About The Company

Our client is a successful publicly traded mining company. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Technology for a full time hybrid position.

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of Technology experience, culminating in leadership roles. Mining (or similar industry) experience is a must.

SAP ERP experience is required, a well as French language proficiency.

About You

Experience with SAP ERP (Interface with SAP and SAP support, including updating system design)

• Bilingual English / French
• Ideally Mining industry experience, but also acceptable : natural resources, oil & gas, chemical processing, manufacturing, logistical / distribution industries

Manage user access and support training of users

Manage IT infrastructure, supported by external security consultants we use Azure cloud-based infrastructure to support the IT team of 3 individuals currently

IT configuration planning and support (site is currently microwave internet access with satellite backup) expect to move to Starlink with LAN

Other than mining the candidate can come from the following as well :

Natural resources, Oil & Gas, chemical processing, manufacturing processes, logistical / distribution.

Salary Range

$175,000 / year
