Our Client is hiring Operations Officers to support their CPB Operations team in Montreal. We are looking for motivated and bilingual (English / French) individuals to join a positive, fast-paced team focused on back-office operations related to funding personal accounts. Responsibilities
Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in compliance with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Provide operational support for the funding of personal accounts, ensuring clear communication with internal TD partners.
Identify and escalate processing or operational issues as necessary, ensuring timely resolutions.
Suggest and contribute to process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Prioritize your workload to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain confidentiality, comply with internal and industry regulations, and adhere to TD’s Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Bilingual (Fluency in English and French)
1+ years of banking experience
2+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Experience working in an SLA-driven environment
Eager to learn, comfortable under pressure, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
