As a Guest Service Agent, you are the welcoming face of Niagara Adventure Excursions and play a key role in shaping each guests first impression. You take pride in providing exceptional service, creating smooth and efficient arrivals and departures, and helping guests feel informed, comfortable, and excited about their experience.You greet guests with confidence and warmth, manage reservations and check-ins, promote merchandise and photo/video packages, and support daily park operations. Your friendly and professional approach ensures that every guest interaction reflects thehigh standardsof Niagara Adventure Excursions.

To succeed in this role, you bring a positive, energetic, and guest-focused mindset to every shift. You communicate clearly, take initiative during quieter periods, and work closely with teammates during busy times to create a seamless guest experience.

WhatYoull Do:

• Deliver personalized service that consistently exceeds guest expectations
• Provideaccurateinformation aboutproducts, pricing, access requirements, and promotions
• Follow element-specific procedures when booking and checking in guests, ensuring waivers and registration forms are completed correctly
• Createreservations,payments, andgatherrequiredguest information
• Ensure guests receive current and up-to-date informationregardingweather and guest flow
• Maintain generalcleanliness ofbusinessgrounds and buildingseach day
• Support other areas of operation, including retail sales, in-field marketing, andsiteopeningand/or closing procedures
• Participate positively in activities that promote park pride and a welcoming team environment

On-the-job training and ongoing support are provided.

Department and Reporting Structure

You work in the Guest Service Department and report to the Guest Service Team Lead. You are supported by the Guest Service Supervisor andLeadership Team

Work Schedule

This is a seasonal position with flexible full-time or part-time hours based on operational needs. You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.

This position is planned to begin around April 1st 2026.
