Rental Applications Assistant, Student

We are seeking a reliable, committed, and enthusiastic summer student to work as a Rental Applications Assistant located in our office in Guelph, ON.

This will be a four (4) month contract commencing May 2026.

Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour Job Description Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment while gaining invaluable hands on experience? The Rental Applications Assistant, Student supports the Skyline Living Business Operations team in processing rental applications, credit checks, and other various projects.

Additional duties include accurate database management and document control processing, recording, and managing various departments' paperwork.

A love for all things administrative and clerical.

Ability to multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented.

You have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn!

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (university or college) and previous related work experience in genal administration.
