What You Will Do :

As a Land Agent , you will play an essential role within our Construction workgroup, reporting to Supervisor, Land. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Establishing pipeline routes and locations for above and below ground company facilities;
• Procuring land rights and negotiate simple land purchases;
• Negotiating damage settlements and rental reviews; and
• Represent the Company in land related matters.

NOTE : A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.
