Purpose :
The Front Desk Clerk provides front-line customer service to residents and guests and supports the Housing Administration and Accommodation & Conference Services teams as needed in supporting clients.
Education :
Must be a current student.
Experience :
Previous work experience may be considered.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills. good computer skills. accurate data entry skills. bookkeeping and cashiering skills. strong communication skills to obtain and relay accurate information in a clear and concise manner. exercise initiative and good judgment. good problem-solving skills. ability to work both independently and on a team. flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. ability to handle high work volume and meeting frequent deadlines.
