Overview
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot computer and network issues, consult user guides, train users, maintain problem logs, contribute to application redesign, support business systems, network and Internet.
Responsibilities
- Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Requirements
Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.Experience : 1 to less than 7 months.Client focus, organized, team player, time management.Fast‑paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail.Canadian citizens, permanent or temporary residents of Canada; other candidates, with or without a valid Canadian work permit.Work conditions
