Todai Sushi is hiring a F / T Restaurant Manager.

Terms of employment : Full-time, Permanent

Wage : $35.00~$37.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions : 1

Job Duties :

Oversee and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient management of food and beverage services.

Define the scope of services offered and establish operational policies and procedures accordingly.

Negotiate and coordinate agreements with suppliers to secure food and essential supplies.

Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.

Plan and manage work schedules to optimize staff productivity and operational efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and financial performance, making necessary adjustments as required.

Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job requirements :

Experience : 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

Education : Completion of secondary school is required
