Responsibilities

• Sales : Optimize the performance and profitability of your store with the support of the management team; train team members to provide strong customer support and understand product features; analyze sales results and develop improvements; schedule employees to manage payroll cost-effectively; communicate sales goals; provide warm customer service and help customers find products.
• Human Resources : Build a positive work environment; recruit, prepare and train employees; plan work schedules; participate in performance evaluations; manage team performance and attendance.
• Marketing and Visual Presentation : Master product knowledge; create an attractive store based on planograms; monitor market trends and competitors; build brand relationships and maintain store visuals; plan incoming orders and maintain displays; ensure store cleanliness and collaborate with mall administration.
• Administration : Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales; open and close the store; manage controllable expenses; follow head office policies and procedures; perform other duties to support the team.
