• Process invoices, post payments, and maintain accurate AR records
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile accounts, credit memos, adjustments, and discrepancies
• Resolve billing issues with internal teams and support audits
• Prepare AR reports, assist with month-end close, and ensure policy compliance
• Analyze accounts and suggest process improvements using spreadsheets and data tools
