Client is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in Generative AI technologies to join the Resilience Technology team. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable solutions in Python and React, leveraging GenAI tools to enhance development velocity and solution quality. The position is part of a high-profile program supporting firmwide resilience, regulatory requirements, and critical production deliverables in 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within an agile team
- Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development speed and solution quality
- Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
- Learn and apply Client’s proprietary frameworks and best practices
- Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability
- Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed
Required Qualifications
7+ years of overall development experience, with 5+ years of hands‑on Python expertiseProven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean codeExperience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistantsProficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB preferred)Strong grasp of OOP principles and design patternsSolid working knowledge of Linux / Unix and shell scriptingStrong analytical skills to design and implement solutions to complex problemsExcellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to write thorough unit tests covering major logic componentsPreferred Qualifications
