The opportunity :
Our client, a successful and renowned brokerage, is looking for a dynamic and friendly Senior Account Manager to join their well-established team in Burnaby and manage a successful book of fleets and garages. This will be a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, quick learner and a teamplayer to contribute to a well-respected establishment in the industry.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain a diary of prospective and current clients of fleet accounts and garage policies
- Manage and maintain fleet accounts
- Build additional relationships with current clients, asking for referrals, generating new business andincreasing customer retention
- Review and work renewal lists, contacting clients
- Ensure that all notes to file are completed after each transaction in a timely, accurate manner.
- Provide friendly, professional service to clients
- Ensure work is prompt, efficient and accurate
Requirements :
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience and have in-depth knowledge of ICBC rules / regulationsLevel 2 license requiredExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent time management skills – renewal periods can get very busyMust have a positive attitude and be a real team playerExcellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail.
