Job description

D365 SCM Consultant

Location : Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario)

Working Arrangement : 2 days on-site - 3 days work from home

Salary : Flexible (depending on experience)

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and customize Dynamics 365 SCM modules for production, inventory, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and integrations to optimize production, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions to maximize system efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 SCM features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 SCM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 SCM preferred.
