D365 SCM Consultant
Location : Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario)
Working Arrangement : 2 days on-site - 3 days work from home
Salary : Flexible (depending on experience)
Responsibilities :
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 SCM modules for production, inventory, and procurement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Configure system settings, workflows, and integrations to optimize production, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions to maximize system efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 SCM features and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 SCM implementation and support.Strong knowledge of project accounting, inventory management, and procurement processes.Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 SCM preferred.Benefits :
