YOUR ROLE :

Reporting to the General Manager, the Kitchen Manager will be responsible to sustain brand image and drive sales by creating a memorable dining experience for guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS :

• Exceed guest expectations by providing a quality dining experience
• Awareness of menu items, specials and current promotions
• Provide assistance for daily operations where needed i.e. cook, serve, clean etc.
