Job Title : IT Risk & Compliance Management Specialist

Duration : 6-months

Job Overview :

Seeking an experienced IT Risk & Compliance Management Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience in defining, implementing, and operating IT Risk and Compliance functions.
The role involves creating and managing IT Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies, standards, processes, and tools, and ensuring their integration with the organization's Enterprise Risk Management processes.
The Specialist will work closely with IT and business leaders to identify, mitigate, and report IT risks at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a comprehensive IT Risk and Compliance Management framework, including policies, processes, standards, and tools to address IT-related risks.

Lead training sessions for IT executives, leaders, and business leaders on IT Risk and Compliance Management frameworks and processes.

Conduct IT risk assessments with IT and business leaders to ensure that IT risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated to an acceptable level.

Establish and maintain formal IT Risk and Compliance reporting at both the company-wide and Line of Business levels.

Publish a comprehensive enterprise-level IT Risk Report and present it annually to the IT Executive team.

Conduct independent risk, compliance, and control assessments as requested by IT executives or leaders.

Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and controls across all business divisions to ensure compliance with IT governance practices.

Provide other business analyst duties as required.

Skill Requirements / Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 10 years of experience working as an IT Risk and Compliance Management Specialist.

Minimum of 5 years leading an IT Risk and Compliance Management function.

Skills :

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential matters with discretion.

In-depth knowledge of IT risk management, compliance frameworks, and controls.

Experience with conducting business impact analysis.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under strict deadlines.

Strong analytical and investigative skills for assessing complex issues.

Proven ability to deliver training to IT security teams.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Expertise in security, IT processes, and control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27002, ITIL, and TOGAF.

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of technical competency.

Ability to relate to and work with stakeholders across different technical backgrounds.
