Brandt currently has an opening for a Master Scheduler position for our Regina location.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedule for all centralized Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations to align the production teams with branch sales departments and key stakeholders to meet on-time delivery of equipment to customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a production schedule for all products at each centralized PDI Centre
- Collaborate with the Wholegoods Inventory, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure production capacity and capability align with expected sales volumes
- Develop and lead a standardized process that aligns all stakeholders to one shared delivery plan
- Work closely with members of the Wholegoods Inventory and PDI departments to expedite attachments and parts from internal and external suppliers, ensuring supply is adequate and timely to meet delivery dates.
- Compile and report the monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the PDI operations
- Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to support improvements in operational performance
- Lead regular production planning meetings with key stakeholders and departments
- Develop tools and reports to communicate the PDI production schedule and machine status
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement project as identified
