Must Have Skills :
- 1-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Bilingual (French / English)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.).

Utilizes Microsoft applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects.Acts as a department point-of-contact for hiring managers and job applicants in assisting them with their needs.Assists in the hiring process.Performs full administrative support functions.Assists with special projects and perform other duties and functions as requested.
