Our client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) standards for our upcoming enterprise-level project within a financial industry.
Duration 1 year. % remote
Project Scope : The project involves assessing, designing, and implementing ITOM standards, providing expert guidance in scripting workflows and integrations, and leading the implementation of complex Event Management solutions with multiple integration points.
Responsibilities :
- Assess, design, and implement Enterprise ITOM standards for service delivery and management on the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in scripting workflows and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions in a large financial services organization.
- Implement complex Event Management solutions with multiple integration points in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
