Machinist
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties :
- Set up a variety of commercial machines, including soymilk makers, tofu formers, and automatic bean curd machines.
- Organize machine groups according to blueprints and determine the optimal sequence of operations for manufacturing soybean products.
- Conduct visual and dimensional tests after assembling machines using various measuring devices to ensure precision machining operations.
- Regularly inspect machined parts and maintain the entire machine line to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Identify possible issues and perform immediate maintenance tasks discovered during inspections.
- Determine and select appropriate repair processes and tools to be used.
- Create inspection summaries and reports for supervisors.
Requirements :
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining principles
- Experience with programming CNC machines
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools for machine setup and maintenance
- College or its equivalent
- Three years work experience in relevant fields
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours : 30 44 per week
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
