• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
• Support customers throughout the buying journey, from first greeting to final delivery
• Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long‑term relationship building
• Maintain product knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and industry trends
