Operations Manager - Electrical Contracting

Our client is a leading multi-trade and energy focused contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality commercial and industrial construction services and a focus on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and energy. This group is currently in growth mode and looking to add the right team members to support the group.

Position Summary :

As this group is well positioned for growth, they are looking to add an proactive Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of multi-trade and energy projects with a key focus on electrical installations and services. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader to oversee project workflows, manage teams, and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or the ability to learn the role.
• Previous expose directly in Electrical Contracting or Service in addition to some knowledge in mechanical.
• In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel with attention to detail.
• Proficient with project management tools and software.
