Job details

Location : Dartmouth, NS B3B 0B1
Salary : 24.00 to 28.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 42.5 hours per week
Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time
Education : College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑ to 2‑year program

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs

Inspect processes

Set machine or equipment controls

Conduct work measurement or other studies

Conduct safety training programs

Develop computer applications for machines and processes

Collect and analyze data and samples

Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports

Read blueprints and drawings

Experience and Specialization

Measuring tools : Micrometers, Callipers

Computer and technology knowledge : (txt) ERP software, AutoCAD, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines

Area of work experience : Fabrication

Area of specialization : Development of quality assurance programs
