Settlements Associate

The Settlements Associate is an integral part of Yorktons Commercial team responsible for ticket application and settlement of all inbound canola to Yorkton and offsite storage as well as helping administer our Seed sales. Onsite customer service is a high priority since these positions deal with managers and customers onsite.  This role is also backup to Reception and other Administrative support onsite.

Specific duties and responsibilities include :

• Full-cycle ticket application and settlement including but not limited to :

Physically retrieve the tickets from the onsite probe station(s) atleast 6x daily

Backup for Reception front-desk including answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate people as well as first point-of-contact for walk-in customers visitors delivery drivers contractors interviewees
