Overview

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Lethbridge Material Handling location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch
• Achieve asset management and market share goals
• Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce that is focused on the long‑term success of the company, customers, and employees
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures
• Manage branch account receivables in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services
• Participate in developing processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by staying current on customer business activities, industry trends, and competitive pressures.
• Plan and represent the company positively at industry trade shows, conventions, and trade organizations.
• Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and departmental success.
• Other duties as assigned
