We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping and Portering Trainer to lead the development and delivery of hands‑on technical training programs for our Environmental Services team. This role is critical in ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality across our facilities.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery :

• Conduct hands‑on training sessions for housekeeping and portering staff, focusing on technical skills, equipment usage, and cleaning protocols.
• Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and visual aids to support learning.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.

Quality Assurance :

Safety & Compliance :

Train staff in workplace safety, infection prevention, and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, WHMIS, and internal policies.

Promote a safety‑first culture through ongoing education and awareness initiatives.
