ROLE : ERP Support Analyst (Contract up to June 2026)
REPORTS TO : ERP Solutions Architect
LOCATION : Burnaby Head Office
We are looking for an ERP Support Analyst to join our IT Team! Our ERP Support Analyst is responsible for supporting existing ERP functionality while driving continuous improvement across the business.
Opportunities
This is a very exciting time for the IT Team as we continue to grow and expand! The main challenge is to provide ERP support, analyze at depth the business challenges, assist with designing effective ERP solutions, and document current workflows and processes.
Additional, this provides opportunities to showcase your hands-on technical ERP experience and your fantastic people skills with technical and non-technical resources.
The role is a temporary role with a length of 18 months while we start the ERP journey.

- You have strong oral and written communication skills
Experience
- You have at least 5+ years of relevant IT experience with at least 2 years as a Systems Analyst on ERP applications or equivalent
- You have a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- You have 3+ years of experience with systems administration of financial systems and processes
- You have Advanced Excel skills
- You have experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Nice-to-Have
- You have a Masters Degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering
- Bilingual : French
things you will do
- You will provide support to ERP users
- You will develop training material and help train users, formally and informally, to advance user skill levels
- You will relentlessly pursue understanding ERP functionality to advise the business on best practises and continuous improvements
- You will help document existing workflows and processes
- You will provide support for master data setup and EDI for day-to-day operations
- You will assist with IT admin tasks to help support the IT Team
- You will provide month-end reports for each business unit
OTHER
- You must be flexible for after hours calls for critical support situations or projects
- You may be required to travel across Canada on an infrequent ad-hoc basis
