We’re looking for a Mill Sales Coordinator to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia . Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement and Human Resources.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• Some post‑secondary education in business, forestry, manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing positive customer experience , with proven relationship and conflict management skills.
• Proven problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide multiple solutions to a given challenge.
• High level of ability in Outlook (email management) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
• Working knowledge of up and down stream supply chain structure.
• Experience using a sales system (AX or other) .
• Experience in forestry or wood products is an asset.
