JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in the implementation, operation and administration of Big IP and Citrix NetScaler servers;
  • Plan and carry out the installation, upgrade, maintenance, configuration and administration of Big IP and Citrix NetScaler servers;
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the evolution of the environment's capacity;
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of the introduction of new constructions;
  • Lead and coordinate all deployment activities on ICT services in the operating environment;
  • Write, implement and maintain the documentation and operational procedures necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Telecoms infrastructure;
  • Operate the solutions implemented or already in place, provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements and qualifications required

  • Hold an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in computer science or a relevant field or any combination of training and equivalent experience
  • Very good experience (6 years to less than 9 years)
  • Have a minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in server installation and configuration (Big-IP)
  • Have knowledge of Citrix Netscaler
  • Have a good knowledge of Unix / Linux administration
  • Have a very good knowledge of network concepts : DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, BIND, VLAN, OSI model
  • Have a good knowledge of scripting languages ​​(Python, Bash, etc.)
  • Have a good knowledge of application flow management concepts (e.g. : IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, IP traffic monitoring and troubleshooting)
  • Have knowledge of the Ansible platform, an asset
  • Have knowledge of basic, NTLM, Kerberos, SSL authentication modes, RSA, and / or LDAP
  • Having knowledge of the methodology and all DevOps practices, an asset
  • Required technologies : F5, Citrix Netscaler, Unix / Linux, DNS, DHCP, IP, Bash, Ansible, Python

    Responsabilités

  • Agir à titre d'expert dans la mise en place, l'exploitation et l'administration des serveurs Big IP et Citrix NetScaler ;
  • Planifier et réaliser l'installation, la mise à niveau, l'entretien, la configuration et l'administration des serveurs Big IP et Citrix NetScaler ;
  • Planifier, coordonner et gérer l'évolution de la capacité de l'environnement ;
  • Analyser et évaluer l'impact de l'introduction de nouvelles constructions ;
  • Diriger et coordonner l'ensemble des activités de déploiement sur les services TIC dans l'environnement d'exploitation ;
  • Rédiger, mettre en place et maintenir la documentation ainsi que les procédures opérationnelles nécessaires à l'exploitation et l'entretien de l'infrastructure Télécoms ;
  • Exploiter les solutions mises ou déjà en place, en assurer le support technique et le dépannage.

    • Exigences et qualifications requises

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (BAC) en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
  • Très bonne expérience (6 ans à moins de 9 ans)
  • Posséder un minimum de 6 à 9 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'installation et la configuration de serveurs (Big-IP)
  • Avoir une connaissance Citrix Netscaler
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance en administration Unix / Linux
  • Avoir une très bonne connaissance des concepts réseaux : DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, BIND, VLAN, modèle OSI
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des langages de Scripting (Python, Bash…)
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des concepts de gestion de flux applicatif (ex. : IPsec, VPN, balancement de charge, protocoles de routage, surveillance et dépannage de trafic IP)
  • Avoir une connaissance de la plateforme Ansible, un atout
  • Avoir une connaissance avec les modes d'authentification basic, NTLM, Kerberos, SSL, RSA, et / ou LDAP
  • Avoir une connaissance avec la méthodologie et l'ensemble des pratiques DevOps, un atout
