FINANCE TENDER MANAGER (M / F) : The FTM organization is part of the Finance organization and covers all Financial topics during the entire tender lifecycle, i.e. from ‘Business Opportunity Review’ (BOR) to CPR0.

Could you be the full-time hybrid Finance Tender Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, insightful, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute significantly to the financial strategy of our tenders, ensuring their competitiveness and compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Tax and Customs, Treasury and Financing, and Internal Audit & Risk Management), provide financial advice and support to the tender team, and much more.

We’ll look to you for :

  • Understanding the businesses portfolio and the operation of every business function,
  • Challenging and supporting the tender team in the development of financially strong, and commercially robust solutions,
  • Participating actively in tender finance support until tender submission,
  • Communicating effectively with tender stakeholders and providing reliable financial analysis to assist in the decision-making process,
  • Preparing jointly with the tender team, the tender reviews content,
  • Supporting the FPM (jointly with the Cost Manager) in the CPR0 process in a suitable manner,
  • Adding value through participating and influencing negotiations,
  • Challenging financial information throughout the tender process,
  • Monitoring compliance with all governance and reporting rules in tenders,
  • Working with operational teams to ensure an effective transition of tender into operational contracts.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field,
  • Experience or understanding of finance management in a tendering process,
  • Knowledge of financial strategy development and risk management,
  • Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS),
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP,
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities,
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment,
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills,
  • A proactive mindset with a taste for new technology.
