- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of service‑based establishments, including dry cleaning, hairdressing, residential cleaning services, or non‑vocational training schools offering instruction in driving, languages, music, dance, art, cooking, or fashion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality customer experience.
- Prepare, manage, and control budgets, financial plans, and inventory requirements to maintain cost‑effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee contracts and partnerships related to advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance business visibility and growth.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring optimal performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies.
