Job Overview :

Insight Global is currently hiring for a Product Manager with one of North America's largest athleisure retailers. This Product Manager will join the Cloud Foundations team on a 6 month contract in Vancouver, BC. The Cloud Foundations team is a key part of the overall Enterprise infrastructure and automation Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a unique and elevated online guest experience for Geography & Channel, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Drive an “Automation Everywhere” strategy, run new initiatives and support existing products and services offered by infrastructure engineering teams
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand their pain points, needs, define epics and acceptance criteria
  • Design and develop a comprehensive roadmap for the evolution of Cloud Foundations within the company, aligning with business goals and internal needs
  • Own the backlog and prioritize features and improvements based on customer research, stakeholder feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of roadmap items and partner requests
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the AWS and Azure cloud platform KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness
  • Acquire and indirectly manage resources and budgets required to deliver a roadmap through annual budget planning, change requests, business cases, and approval requirements as needed
  • Attend, participate and lead scrum ceremonies, planning sessions, and stakeholder updates and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders and users
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Lead presentations, discussions, and workshops to enroll stakeholders or / and build consensus
  • Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and users is integrated into the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization activities
  • Oversee operational performance and reporting of products and manage the team to drive aligned-upon results
  • Understands the hierarchy of work and work products and can define Epics & User Stories
  • Defines metrics for their work output within a defined measurement framework and can map these to KPIs / OKRs
  • Can assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans
  • You’ll govern the responsible and efficient application of technology resources by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly defining minimum viable products, and always building with extensibility in mind
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, Vendor management, engineering and lines of business

You’ll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve customer and business problems

Must Haves :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud platforms and infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Azure Cloud services and experience in managing subscriptions at scale and managing Landing Zones or Control Tower configurations
  • Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationships
  • Proven ability to engage with and manage internal stakeholders across various functions.
  • Experience and understanding of how to work in an agile environment as a product manager leading high performing teams
