Project Manager – McCallum Roofing Ltd.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Intermediate English skills
• Safety footwear
• Team focused, reliable, attention to detail, quality focus
• Time management capabilities, problem solving
• Computer program proficiency (training provided)
• Project reporting / creating WIP reports
• Asset risk management per job
• Professional communication with sub‑contractors, contractors, management and customers
• Participation in various meetings (internal / external)
• Assisting in inventory management / ordering
• Valid Class 5 License (Class 3 an asset)
• Own transportation to / from work
• Previous work experience with construction project management
• Previous work experience with managing construction team members
• Capable of travelling and working outside the City of Brandon (living allowance paid if overnight)

$46,657.46 to $79,739.96 per year
