Qualifications and Skills Required :

• Two years experience as a custodian or other related work.
• Shall possess superior leadership , problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and co-operate with supervisors, fellow workers, students, staff, and the public.
• Ability to fill out requisitions and related forms using computer software such as Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to direct a work crew and plan and schedule their workload.
• Must be self-motivated and decisive.
• Computer literacy sufficient to operate Facility Services building systems and Maintenance Order Systems would be an asset.
• The duties, responsibilities and requirements for this position are not limited to the above but may include all of those in the Job Description for Group Leader.

This position is part of the CUPE Local 1310 bargaining unit. The terms and conditions of employment for this position are contained within the CUPE Collective Agreement, including any applicable union dues.
