Job Title : Team Leader / Foreman Complete Landscape (Langley, BC)

Wage : $25$35 / hour

Signing Bonus : $2,500 after 6 months

Location : Langley / Surrey, BC

About the Role

Were hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead one of our maintenance crews in the field. If you enjoy setting the tone, taking ownership, and helping others grow while keeping quality and timelines on track this is for you.

Were looking for reliable team leaders who care about doing things right, keeping people safe, and making customers happy. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up prepared, and leads by example.

What Youll Do

Lead a small landscaping crew on commercial and strata maintenance sites

Ensure safety protocols and uniforms are followed

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer service

Complete daily site tasks efficiently and on schedule

Provide training, support, and clear communication to team members

Keep track of equipment, materials, and daily logs

Participate in short daily check-in meetings and provide updates

Requirements

2+ years landscaping experience (maintenance or install)

Prior crew leadership experience is an asset

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Able to work outdoors in all conditions

Strong communication and time management skills
