Job descriptionLead a small landscaping crew on commercial and strata maintenance sites Ensure safety protocols and uniforms are followed Maintain high standards for cleanliness, quality, and customer service Complete daily site tasks efficiently and on schedule Provide training, support, and clear communication to team members Keep track of equipment, materials, and daily logs Participate in short daily check-in meetings and provide updates You show up on time, lead with integrity, and hold others accountable Youre motivated by results, not just hours You care about the details and doing the job right the first time Youre a team builder who can coach, support, and get the best out of others You thrive in an outdoor, fast-paced work environment You see landscaping as a craft, not just a job 2+ years landscaping experience (maintenance or install) Prior crew leadership experience is an asset Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Able to work outdoors in all conditions Strong communication and time management skills $2,500 signing bonus after 6 months Stable, full-time hours with opportunity for year-round work Career growth into senior roles for top performers A clear structure and team culture where effort is recognized Be part of a company that values craftsmanship, leadership, and accountability

Job Title : Team Leader / Foreman Complete Landscape (Langley, BC)
Wage : $25$35 / hour
Signing Bonus : $2,500 after 6 months
Location : Langley / Surrey, BC
About the Role
Were hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead one of our maintenance crews in the field. If you enjoy setting the tone, taking ownership, and helping others grow while keeping quality and timelines on track this is for you.
Were looking for reliable team leaders who care about doing things right, keeping people safe, and making customers happy. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up prepared, and leads by example.
