What You’ll Do

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature-controlled areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
• Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.).
• Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering support and resolving issues.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean, removing spills and debris, ensuring totes are clean before packing, and conducting pre‑use safety inspections on material handling equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

Pay

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
