Vous répondrez, en anglais et en français, aux demandes de facturation des clients, identifierez les besoins uniques de chaque client, répondrez aux préoccupations, prendrez les paiements et exercerez l’intelligence émotionnelle pour améliorer l’expérience client!Alors, à quoi ressemble une journée dans la vie d’un représentant du service à la clientèle?

  • Communiquer avec les clients par le biais d’appels entrants reliées à la facturation, les paiements, les services existants et nouveaux, les offres promotionnelles et la mise à niveau / rétrogradation des services
  • Identifier les besoins des clients grâce à une écoute active pour répondre aux questions, aider au dépannage ou faire des recommandations de produits en fonction des besoins des clients
  • Adoptez une approche consultative avec les clients qui rencontrent des problèmes avec leur service en s’appropriant du problème et de la resolution
  • Utiliser plusieurs systèmes informatiques pour rechercher des produits, des services, des problèmes communs et des solutions offertes
  • Documenter les besoins, les interactions et les résultats des clients dans l’outil ou le système approprié, y compris la création de demandes supplémentaires si les problèmes ne peuvent pas être résolus en temps reel
  • Créer un facteur WOW dans chaque interaction grâce à des compétences de communication exceptionnelles, en s’appropriant de l’interaction et de la rapidité du service
  • Séances de coaching 1 : 1 régulières avec votre superviseur pour vous assurer que vous respectez les indicateurs de performance clés

Requirements

  • You’re at least 18 years of age
  • You can work flexible hours as business needs may change
  • You have at least 6 months of customer service experience and you understand the value of coaching / feedback
  • You have experience troubleshooting issues and understand the importance of owning the resolution for the customer
  • Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature in every interaction with the upmost confidence and urgency
  • You’re computer savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk and working with multiple monitors
  • You’re results oriented and comfortable providing customers with recommendations and solutions
  • You have excellent French and English communication skills, both oral and written
  • You’re comfortable working from home and have a suitable space with a hard-wired internet connection
